When executives buy their own stock.
When a company’s executives, directors, or largest owners buy or sell its stock, US law requires them to report the trade publicly to the SEC on a document called Form 4. A CEO or CFO spending their own money on their own company’s shares is a signal worth watching: nobody knows the business better, and they only profit if the stock goes up.
Everything below comes from Form 4 filings our pipeline verified: open-market purchases of $50,000 or more that were not part of a pre-scheduled trading plan. The accumulation tracker looks back 90 days; the cluster and largest-buy sections cover the last 30.
