What is InsiderWatch?

A market-intelligence alert service. We monitor public government and market sources, use AI to spot events that can move a specific stock, and send you a short, plain-English alert with the stock and the likely direction - usually within minutes of the source publishing. See how it works.

Is this financial advice?

No. InsiderWatch is an information service, not a financial, investment, legal, or tax advisor. Everything is based on public information and is never a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always do your own research.

Is this “insider trading”?

No. “Insider” here refers to the kind of edge that used to require expensive terminals and full-time analysts - not illegal non-public information. Every alert is built only from publicly available sources: government filings, public posts, and regulator announcements. We never use or distribute material non-public information.

How fast are the alerts?

Fast. We re-check every source every 60 seconds, around the clock, and fire the moment we confirm a signal - usually within a minute or two of it going public, well ahead of the mainstream headlines. The only limit is how quickly the source itself publishes.

How accurate are they?

We optimize for conviction over volume: a fast first pass removes noise, a frontier AI model analyzes what’s left, and we only send high-confidence signals. We verify the affected stock against the SEC’s official records and drop anything we can’t confirm. And you don’t have to take our word for it - every alert we send is scored against real market prices and published, hits and misses alike, on our track record page. That said, markets are uncertain - we don’t and can’t guarantee any outcome or return.

What sources do you watch?

19 public feeds: Presidential actions and Truth Social posts, Congressional trades (STOCK Act) and lobbying, SEC filings (insider trades, 8-Ks, IPOs, large ownership stakes), federal agencies (FDA, FTC, DOJ, the Fed), the Pentagon’s daily contract awards, and market news plus corporate newswires (M&A, FDA decisions, contracts and earnings). How is InsiderWatch different from other insider-trading trackers?

Most insider-trading and congress-trade tools are dashboards: large databases of filings you have to sit and check yourself. InsiderWatch is an alert service. We watch 19 public feeds around the clock, and when something clears our quality bar we send one short alert naming the stock and the likely direction, usually within minutes of the filing or post. And we grade ourselves in public: every alert is scored against real market prices and published on our track record page, misses included.

Can I control what I receive?

Yes. Pick which sources you want, filter by industry and sector, and set a sensitivity level from “major moves only” to “everything tradeable.” Manage it any time from your dashboard.

How do I get alerts on my phone?

Connect Telegram from your dashboard on either plan: every alert you’d get by email lands in the chat the moment we send it. Send /stop in the chat to disconnect. Email delivery is active for everyone by default.

Plans and Billing

What is the difference between Watchlist and Pro?

Watchlist ($6/month) is every signal type we send - insider trades, SEC filings, Congress, policy - scoped to a watchlist of up to 10 stocks you pick. Pro ($15/month) covers the whole market, not just your list, and adds the Congress tracker and hedge-fund stakes. Instant email and Telegram delivery come with either plan. Annual billing drops the rates to $5 and $12 a month ($60 and $144, billed once a year).

Is there a free trial?

Yes - 7 days free on both plans. You’re not charged until day 8, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your dashboard’s billing section (the Stripe customer portal). Cancel before day 8 and you’re never charged.

Data and Privacy

How is my data handled?

We collect only what’s needed to run the service and never sell your information. Payments are handled by Stripe - we never store card details. See our Privacy Policy.
