About

Market-Moving Information Shouldn’t Be a Luxury.

Ever felt like you missed the move - watched a stock take off and realized the gains were already gone before you ever heard the news? You’re not imagining it. When the President posts, when politicians file their trades, when a market-moving announcement drops, a small group with instant access acts on it first - and by the time it reaches the headlines you read, the easy money has already been made.

The people who get there first usually aren’t lucky. They can afford $24,000 Bloomberg terminals, dedicated analysts, and legal teams parsing filings in real time. That gap - between when the powerful know and when everyone else finds out - is where fortunes are quietly made.

InsiderWatch exists to close that gap - to put the same public, market-moving signals in front of everyone, in plain English, within a minute or two, for the price of a coffee.

Why We Built This

We built InsiderWatch because we kept living the same moment ourselves: reading about a move a day after it happened, then realizing the information had been sitting in public the whole time. A post from the President. A senator’s trade disclosure. An executive’s Form 4 filing. None of it was secret. It was just scattered across a dozen government websites that nobody has time to refresh all day.

The tools that solve this problem already exist, but they are built and priced for professionals. We didn’t think the answer to “public information moves markets” should be a terminal that costs more than a used car. So we built the version we wanted for ourselves: software that reads the public record every minute, ignores the noise, and sends a short, plain-English note when something looks like it matters.

We think everyone should at least have the option. Not everyone will want alerts like these, and nobody should treat them as advice. But whether you get to see market-moving public information in time shouldn’t depend on the size of your account. That is the whole idea, and it is why the price is closer to a coffee than a terminal.

We hold ourselves to the record, publicly. Every alert we send is scored against real market prices and published on our track record page, misses included. If the service stops earning its keep, you will be able to see it there before we could ever spin it.

What We Believe

Accuracy Over Coverage

We'd rather send you five alerts that matter than fifty that don't. A strict quality floor means routine noise never reaches you.

Public Information Only

Everything we send is built from sources anyone can access - government filings, public posts, regulator announcements. Never private or non-public information.

Speed Is the Product

A signal you get after the crowd is worthless. We check our sources every minute and send the moment we can confirm a move.

Plain English

No jargon, no terminal, no noise. Every alert says the same three things: what happened, which stock, and which way it points.

Clarity, Not Advice

We don't tell you what to do with your money. We make sure you see what's happening in time to decide for yourself.
