What OpenInsider has that we do not
- Free, instant access to every Form 4 as it files, with screens and filters you can set yourself
- Historical tables by day, week and month, and a cluster-buy view
What we have that OpenInsider does not
- Alerts: the buy that matters reaches your inbox and Telegram in minutes, instead of you checking a table
- A deterministic quality gate on insider buys (open-market only, $50,000 floor, cluster and first-buy-in-years context) and a graded direction on every alert
- Coverage well beyond Form 4: activist stakes, fund books, Congress, FDA, DoD, enforcement and policy
- A public record of every sent call, scored, misses included
Our Read
Which One Should You Use?
OpenInsider is the reference free Form 4 screener and we use the same SEC feed it does. If you are happy to check a table a few times a day, it costs nothing and does the job. InsiderWatch exists for the person who would rather be told: it filters the same feed down to the buys that clear a bar, says which way the event points, delivers it, and then scores the call in public. It also watches a lot that OpenInsider does not: activists, funds, Congress and the government feeds.
